Can I amend my order? Performagen Ltd operates a fully automated ordering service which ensures we fulfill the delivery promises detailed on our website. Once an order has been placed online, it is locked into our system for subsequent processing in the warehouse. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are not able to interrupt this process by amending the order in any way. We are unable to add, remove or change any items to the order that you have already placed. However, you are welcome to place another order on our website if you have forgotten an item, or return the item if you have ordered in error.
